Orders ship within 48 hours from Lahore. Delivery takes 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–6 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. Delivery is a flat Rs 250 — free on orders over Rs 5,000.

Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide at no extra charge. You can also pay by bank transfer, or by debit/credit card at checkout.

Unopened fragrances may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If your bottle arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it free.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — your name, contact details, and address. We never sell your data, and marketing emails only go to subscribers who opt in. (Demonstration store: no real customer data is processed.)

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include all taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund. Fragrances are for external use only. (Demonstration store: orders are not fulfilled.)
